The Lawyer’s Office Ioan Lazăr is registered in the Bar from Alba. At the same time, the holder of our office is also mediator inside the Mediation Association Alba. The gathered experience in the mediation activity allows us the tackling of litigation also through the viewpoint of this new institution.

Our office cooperates with other offices of young lawyers, dynamics, dedicated to their profession, specialized in different law fields, both in consultancy and in litigations, willing to answer to the requests of the clients with all seriousness and skill.

The domains in which we are specialized cover a large area of law, starting with civil law, commercial law, and continuing with penal law, labour and social protection law, with all its secondary branches and finishing with services from the area of real estate values or administration of clients’ business. We can offer you consultancy, assistance and representation in the court, there being either the possibility of punctual cooperation, on the project, or of stable, continuous cooperation, based on permanent consultancy contract.

We are already starting with a diversified clients portfolio, natural persons and corporate bodies, possessing a multitude of different cases and individual experience, increased considerably through a research activity in the law field acquired through the attendance of different courses, seminaries and communication sessions with national and international attendance, and also through the publication of some studies and commentaries in specialty magazines.
